Each participant upon completion of this course will be able to competently introduce regenerative medicine techniques and applications to their staff, patients, and community.

Physicians will be able to:

  • Understand the history, methods, and applications pertaining to regenerative medicine
  • Learn and perform Intra-Discal Injections (Advanced Spine course only)
  • Learn and perform Stem Cell aspirations
  • 2 hour Cadaver Lab w/ C- Arm
  • Identify the proper selection of biologics for specific treatment indications
  • Case Presentation's diagnosis, TX, Post Care and Rehab.
  • Pre and post treatment care instruction
  • Rehabilitation protocols
  • Patient selection and marketing techniques

Staff and MA’s will be able to:

  • Learn to process PRP and BMC utilizing FDA approved and CLIA exempt patient processing kits utilizing sterile techniques
  • Best practices for PRP and Stem Cell preparations for patient procedure rooms
  • How to present patient consent forms and instructional information for pre and post injection procedures
  • Lab time for hands on training

  • Patient’s 1st phone call to office
  • Patient’s consult appointment  (How much Dr. time, X-rays, prior TX history )
  • Patient’s TX acceptance ( Consent Forms, Pt.’s education,  Procedure explained in detail,  Recommendations for a family member to accompany them, Pre op instructions and medications if needed, What to expect from the treatment and post op requirements/expectations for Pt.)
  • Scheduling the procedure-time blocks ( Calling Patient before procedures to confirm date and time, What about patients who cancel their appointment?,  Greeting Patient’s upon arrival at the office, Times needed for Pre-op blood draw, processing, actual procedure time and post op instructions)
